Katherine Visconti is a writer and videographer based in Los Angeles.


She is currently a staff writer for FBI on CBS. She has also worked on shows for ABC, Warner Horizon and NBC.


Katherine began her career as a journalist in Asia, working at the Philippines’ largest news network. From there, she went on to be part of a team that pioneered online newsgathering in the region. As a multimedia reporter, she shot, wrote, edited, and presented video packages for the ground-breaking start-up.


When she returned to the U.S., she served as interim Communications Director of Princeton in Asia (PiA), designing a successful social media strategy for a century-old organization with operations in 21 countries. She also directed PiA’s first documentary, which involved coordinating production in 7 countries with 50 partners.


Katherine graduated from Johns Hopkins with a major in Writing Seminars and minor in East Asian studies.
